At Mission Belt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your belt doesn't fit or function perfectly, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
